The Booking Process

Once you book your stay with us, we promise you will not be bombarded by a whole host of frustrating, automated messages. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee this when you book your stay with us via a third-party agent such as Airbnb or VRBO!

Once you have made your booking, you can expect the following:

Online Booking Confirmation. When you book online via our website, within 30 minutes, you will receive an initial email to confirm we have received your booking.

A Warm Welcome: Whether you book directly on the telephone or via our website, we will quickly send your Welcome Email. This email will confirm all the details of your reservation as well as sharing important next steps information. We will also send you complimentary copies of our free guides to help you plan your itinerary during your stay.

Payment Reminder Email: We will drop you a payment reminder via email a few days before your balance is due, if applicable.

Payment Receipt: Once your balance has been paid in full, you will receive an email confirming your updated booking summary.

Not Long Now Email: 4 days before your break away at Oostema Farmstead, we will send you a final email. This will contain directions on how to find us and all the details you need for a smooth and easy check-in process.
