Our family raises the Wagyu cattle on our Farmstead in Lynden, Washington. Our Wagyu herd has plenty of pasture to graze in, and they grow up in a low-stress environment. Our farm is a carefully managed sustainable operation that benefits the environment.  You will find our Wagyu grazing around the Farmstead.
Wagyu beef is known for its unique marbling. The marbling gives it a better flavor and taste. Superior quality, extreme tenderness, abundant marbling, and the amazing buttery taste that only Authentic American Wagyu can bring to the table.
Through rotational grazing, we are able to maintain optimal health for our animals as well as the health of our soil. Producing nutrient-rich food starts with the soil. The well-being of our animals is of great importance.
