Our family raises the Wagyu cattle on our Farmstead in Lynden, Washington. Our Wagyu herd has plenty of pasture to graze in, and they grow up in a low-stress environment. Our farm is a carefully managed sustainable operation that benefits the environment. You will find our Wagyu grazing around the Farmstead.
Wagyu beef is known for its unique marbling. The marbling gives it a better flavor and taste. Superior quality, extreme tenderness, abundant marbling, and the amazing buttery taste that only Authentic American Wagyu can bring to the table.
