To reserve your Accommodations, fill out the form with your information, letting me know the dates and how many are in your party.

We accept major credit cards as well as checks or cash.
50% deposit is due immediately.
Reservation is not confirmed until we receive a 50% deposit.
Although we update our website regularly, all rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.
Each property has its own minimums.
Don’t hesitate to contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or change your reservation. All cancellations must be in writing. If you cancel your reservation more than 15 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of all monies. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of arrival, you will lose 100% unless we can re-book the property. Then I will offer back a portion if rented on the dates you canceled.
We may be able to offer a credit if you cancel, only valid for 12 months. And only applicable against the accommodation originally booked.
Yes, guests are asked for a damage deposit with your Credit Card information. I will not charge it unless there is damage. If something should arise, please let us know right away so we can address it.
We are a non-smoking property. A cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking in the accommodations.
Our occupancy is 6 for the Apartment and 4 for the Tiny House. The maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time.

Free WIFI and Direct TV are provided. Both TVs are Smart TVs. The WIFI passwords will be provided in the Welcome letter when you arrive.

Yes, you can if my previous Guests depart early. You can park in the driveway anytime. There is plenty of room for extra cars or an RV.
Yes, everything is provided.
After the final balance has been paid, we will send you a welcome email, including all of the directions and entry instructions, this will be done a few days before you arrive.

We expect our guests to leave the property as they found it, treat it like your own place.
