What we collect
When you book with us
- Your name, email and phone number.
- The names of everyone staying, and your confirmation that all guests are 16 or older.
- Details for your stay: your dates, how many cars, any dogs, and your RV's size if you're camping.
- Your payment. Cards are handled by our booking system's secure payment processor, so card numbers are never kept on this website.
- Your signature on the rental agreement our farm-stay insurance requires.
When you call, text, email or message us
We keep what you send us, so we can answer you and take care of your stay.
When you visit this website
Like most websites, ours records basic visit details: the pages you look at, your browser and device, roughly where you're visiting from, and your IP address. This keeps the site working and safe, and shows us which pages guests find useful. More on this under Cookies & ads.
Booked through another site? That site collects your information under its own privacy policy and passes along what we need for your stay. Once it reaches us, we treat it the same way.
How we use it
- To confirm your booking, take your payments and send your check-in details.
- To answer your questions, and so we're around if you need us during your stay.
- To meet what our insurance, our taxes and the law ask of us.
- To keep this website working and safe, and to see how people find us.
- Now and then, to email past guests with farm news or open dates. If you'd rather not hear from us, use the unsubscribe link or just tell us.
- We sometimes share kind words from guest reviews on our website, with first names only.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with:
- The services that run our business: our booking system and its payment processor, our email and texting, and our website host. They use it only to do that work for us.
- Our insurance company, accountant or attorney, when they need it.
- Police or a court, if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our guests, our animals or the farm.
Cookies & ads
Cookies are small files your browser saves when you visit a website. Ours uses a few:
- Our cookie notice remembers that you clicked OK, so it doesn't keep popping up.
- Google Analytics counts visits and shows us which pages people use. Google handles this data under its own policy: how Google uses information from sites.
- Meta Pixel lets Facebook and Instagram know you visited, so we can see how our posts and ads do and show them to people who've been here before.
- Videos, maps, reviews and the WhatsApp button come from YouTube, Google and WhatsApp. They may set their own cookies when you play a video, open a map or send a message.
Google and Meta may collect information about your visits to our site and to other websites over time.
Your cookie choices
- Block or clear cookies in your browser's settings. The site still works, though some videos and maps may not.
- Turn off Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on.
- Change how Meta uses your visits to other sites for ads in your Facebook ad settings.
- Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Our website doesn't change how it works when it gets one, so use the choices above instead.
Cameras
Our security cameras are outdoors only, over the driveways. There are none at the guest stays.
Your choices
Just ask us, and we'll:
- Tell you what information we have about you.
- Fix anything that's wrong.
- Delete it, except what we need to keep for taxes, insurance or an upcoming stay.
- Take you off our email list.

- We keep booking records only as long as we need them for taxes, insurance and our own records.

- Links to other websites, like the restaurants and trails in our Local Guide, follow those sites' own privacy policies.
- Our stays are for guests 16 and up, and this website isn't meant for children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
- If we change this page, we'll update the effective date at the top.
