We currently offer two professionally cleaned portables located near the barn by the campground check-in station. (During the winter season, only one portable is available, and water access is limited.)

There’s also a utility sink available for your convenience, as well as an outdoor shower. 

A Quick Note About Restroom & Utility Facilities
We kindly ask that all guests arrive fully self-contained, meaning your RV should include its own restroom setup. While we do provide portable toilets onsite, they’re intended as a backup or for occasional use, not as your primary restroom during your stay.

We know dogs are part of the family, and we’re happy to welcome them here on the farm.

Guests may bring up to two well-behaved dogs per RV, as long as all pet rules are followed. These rules are important for the safety of our farm animals, other guests, and the peaceful atmosphere here.

If you’re bringing dogs, please make sure you’ve reviewed and can follow the pet guidelines during your stay. We truly appreciate your help in keeping the farm a calm and respectful place for everyone.

As a working farm, the safety of our guests is a top priority. Due to the presence of machinery and animals, we have a minimum age requirement of 16 years.

However, we understand that travel plans sometimes include a child. While our property is designed for adults, we occasionally make exceptions for one well-behaved older child. If you’re traveling with just one child and believe they’d be a good fit here, please reach out, we’re happy to discuss and see if we can accommodate your visit.

Yes, we have a hot outdoor shower.

Yes, we provide each site with a picnic table and fire ring, except for site #7.  But you are welcome to bring a propane fire ring.

You have access to the farmstead laundry area, located by site #7, through the glass doors in the big yellow barn, and we offer both a washer and dryer.

Yes! Wi-fi is available and you can access the code on arrival.

Site #6 is the closest to a pull-through for smaller RVs. Site #1 will also work for a pull through for smaller RV’s.

Yes, any guest who is staying more than 2 nights in a nonseptic hook-up can use the dump station for free, when you depart.  1 night’s stay will be required to pay a dump fee.

No, all sites are equipped with power.

Quiet time around the Farmstead is from 10 pm until 7 am. Please use soft voices during this time and respect your fellow guests.

The Farmstead Hot Tub is available for all our guests use between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Campground guests can book the hot tub for a fee. Different time slots are available, and a calendar link is provided to book a time slot. 

Check-In Time: Arrive between the hours of 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM to begin your stay.
Check-Out Time: Conclude your stay at your own pace, anytime from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Each site benefits from an all grass area with a picnic table, and its own personal fire pit. The campground is a shared space with other campers and there may be up to 7 RVs on the property. IN addition, you can also enjoy shared use of the garden with both other guests and the owners (who you will often find tending and working in the garden). 

Cancellations
If you need to cancel, please email your request as soon as possible.

• Your 25 % deposit is non-refundable. 
• After the balance has been paid 45 days prior: is non-refundable.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay in case plans change unexpectedly.

Final Payment
Your remaining balance is automatically collected 45 days before arrival.

We welcome self-contained setups all RVs sizes, vans, and vehicles with rooftop or pop-up campers. If your rig is built for camping and kept neat, you’ll feel right at home here.

To keep things peaceful for everyone, we don’t allow ground tents or sleeping in standard passenger cars.

If you’re not sure your setup fits, just reach out. We’re happy to take a quick look at photos before you book so we can make sure your set up is a good fit.

We don’t offer traditional monthly rates, but we do welcome extended stays up to 4 weeks on Site #1 and Site #2. Reach out to us directly for availability and a custom quote.
