At our Farmstead, you can choose from a range of accommodation options, such as RV sites, tent sites, a Tiny House, and a Tiny Barn. Although certain sites may be inaccessible between October and April due to ground conditions, we ensure year-round availability for your convenience.

You have access to a hot/cold water double sink and 2 porta-potties in high season that both benefit from a regular professional clean every Thursday.

We are pleased to accommodate one dog per RV booking. There is an additional charge per night for your furry friend. We also kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our Doggy Rules, which can be found here.

The Hot Tub is available for our guests upon request and can be reserved for one hour for private use for a fee.
Yes, we provide each site with a picnic table and fire ring, except sites #10 and 11 as they are on gravel. But you are welcome to bring a propane fire ring.
You have access to the farmstead laundry area, located by site #10, through the glass doors in the big yellow barn, and we offer both a washer and dryer.
Site #6 is the closest to a pull-through for smaller RVs. Site #1 will also work for a pull through for smaller RV’s.
Yes, any guest who is staying more than 2 nights in a nonseptic hook-up can use the dump station for free, when you depart. 1 night’s stay will be required to pay a dump fee.
No, all sites are equipped with power.
Check-In Time: Arrive between the hours of 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM to begin your stay.
Check-Out Time: Conclude your stay at your own pace, anytime from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Each site benefits from an all grass area with a picnic table, and its own personal fire pit. The campground is a shared space with other campers and there may be up to 7 RVs on the property. IN addition, you can also enjoy shared use of the garden with both other guests and the owners (who you will often find tending and working in the garden).

Regrettably, we cannot accommodate under the age of 18 on the Farmstead. As a working farm, machinery and animals create potential safety for younger people. We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years. Your understanding in prioritizing the safety of all is greatly appreciated.
Cancellation must be made by the Lead Guest in writing. If the reservation is cancelled before the remaining balance is due, your 25% deposit will be retained but no further charges will be payable. If the reservation is cancelled after the balance payment has been made, the full payment will be retained. There will be no refund. We highly recommend the Lead Guest purchase travel insurance so that if the booking has to be canceled at any time they don’t lose any monies under this policy.
