Park your RV, settle in, and enjoy a slower kind of stay just outside Lynden, Washington. We're a small farm stay for travelers who would rather have open space, peaceful evenings, and cows for neighbors than another crowded RV park. All guests are 16 and up.

You're not pulling into rows and rows of RVs here. Our campground is intentionally small, with just a handful of sites tucked into our working farm.

Six sites
Every site has its own grassy spot, a picnic table and a fire ring. Five have full hookups. Site #6 has power and water.

Sites #1 and #6 work as pull-throughs for smaller rigs. The other four are back-in.

FAQ
Everything campers usually ask about our RV sites.
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. If you'd like help getting settled, please get here by 9 PM. After that we're off for the night, but you can still pull in and set up on your own.
Early check-in and late check-out are available for an hourly fee, when your site is free. Ask at least a day ahead and we'll confirm.
Up to 4 guests per site.
Yes. Because we're a working farm with machinery and livestock, all guests need to be 16 or older, and the person booking must be 21 or older. Traveling with one older child? Reach out, and we'll see if we can make an exception.
Sometimes, especially on weekends and holidays, because we only have a few sites. If you can't find the dates you want, reach out and we'll let you know if there's any flexibility.

Self-contained RVs, vans, and vehicles with rooftop or pop-up campers are all welcome. To keep things peaceful, we don't allow ground tents or sleeping in regular cars. Not sure your setup fits? Send us a photo before you book and we'll take a look.
Yes, every site has both. Firewood is available from our farm store, and you're welcome to bring a propane fire pit instead.
No, so bring your own if you'd like to barbecue.
Please don't. Every site has power, so you won't need one.
Yes, a few sites stay open from fall through spring. Which ones depends on the weather and your RV's size and weight. In the off-season, your RV needs its own bathroom and holding tanks, since our restrooms are limited. Ask us if you're not sure your rig will work.
Two professionally cleaned portable toilets near the barn by the campground check-in, plus a utility sink. In winter, only one is open. Please arrive fully self-contained: the portables are a backup, not your main bathroom.
Yes, a hot outdoor shower. Water is limited in winter.
Sites #1 to #5 have their own sewer hookup. If you're at Site #6, the dump station is free when you leave after a stay of 2 nights or more. One-night stays pay a dump fee.
Yes, a washer and dryer in the big yellow barn, through the glass doors.
Yes. We'll give you the code when you arrive.
Our hot tub is mainly for guests in the Little Farmhouse and Barn Cabin, who get first pick of time slots. When a slot is open, campers can reserve it for a fee, and it's yours alone during your slot.
The hot tub is behind a locked gate. Book an open time on the calendar, and once we see your booking, we'll unlock the gate and make sure the hot tub is hot and ready for you. Each session is 45 minutes. You can pay by Venmo or cash, or we can add it to your booking if we have your card on file.
Yes, up to two well-behaved dogs per site, with a nightly pet fee for each dog. Dogs stay on a leash (6 feet or shorter, not retractable) whenever they're outside, and stay out of the barns and cattle pastures. Please pick up after your dog. Read Dogs at the Farmstead before you book.
No. Dogs may never be left alone, at any time, not in your RV, your vehicle, or anywhere on the farm. If we find a dog left alone, we'll call you and you'll need to come back for it.
Please keep your dog quiet. If barking becomes a problem, we may ask you to settle them.

Yes, up to 4 weeks on Site #1 or Site #2. We don't have monthly rates, so reach out for availability and a custom quote.

Yes, a short rental agreement. Our farm-stay insurance requires one for every stay. We'll send you a link to sign it after you book, and you're welcome to read it before you book. Just ask.
Your 25% down payment is non-refundable, and once the rest is paid, there are no refunds. We recommend travel insurance. See our full booking terms.
