Yes, when the calendar allows. Early check-in from 3 PM or late check-out until 11 AM is $50 each. Ask at least a day ahead and we'll confirm.

Is there parking?

Yes, free parking right next to the Little Farmhouse.

How many guests can stay?

The Little Farmhouse is made for two adults, with one queen bed.

Is there an age limit?

Yes. Because we're a working farm with machinery and livestock, all guests need to be 16 or older. The person booking must be 21 or older.

Can friends visit?

Only the guests on your booking can stay or visit, unless we've said yes ahead of time.

Do you offer one-night stays?

Sometimes. Send us your dates and we'll let you know.

When are quiet hours?

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM, so everyone on the farm can rest.

What do I need to do at check-out?

Just the basics: turn things off, take out the trash and put used towels in the shower. We take care of the rest.

How do I find you?

We're at 8402 Northwood Rd, about 3 miles from downtown Lynden. See directions.

From June through September, there's a private grill with utensils right outside your door. The private fire pit is there year-round, and firewood is $7 a crate from our farm store.

Crate-trained dogs do best here. An extra cleaning fee may apply for excess pet hair. Please read Dogs at the Farmstead before you book.
